If you have used Creatine Monohydrate and
liked it there is no doubt you'll like TriCreatine Malate as it consists of
75% Creatine Monohydrate and 25% Malic acid for enhanced absorption.
Creatine alone is a great staple supplement,
however the synergistic effects it has with Beta Alanine seems to double
it's realized effects. Where you would normally see a couple extra reps using
TriCreatine Malate, you can expect a even a couple more reps or the

TriCreatine Malate
and 2500mg Beta Alanine
