We are proud to offer a few methods for our international customers. Supposedly
our credit card processors will not process credit card from
countries other than USA and Canada. However people have been having
success outside of North America with direct credit card orders. If
the orders are larger you should expect to use google checkout or
paypal for funding your order. In some cases with larger orders
(over $1000) by credit card, our processor fraud detection software has thrown a red flag
and will not release funds to us even though the order was
successful on your end. So we prefer larger order to be funded with
paypal or google checkout. You can use our shopping cart for paypal
and/or google checkout in most countries.

Question: How Do I
Pay By Google Checkout?
Answer:
You can now easily pay through the Privacy protected Google
Checkout! This payment option is offered to both US and
International customers alike, to further assist in the safety of
credit card and personal information! The credit card information is
actually not supplied to our company, but rather supplied to Google
itself for the payment sent from them to Superiornutraceuticals!
To pay using the Google Checkout,
simply fill in your personal information on
Superiornutraceuticals.com as normal. Once you are directed to the
payment option page, simply choose the “Google Checkout” payment
method.
You will be directed to the Google
Checkout site where you can 100% securely enter your credit card
details as shown below!
You are welcome to continue through without
opening an account. That way, the information will not be stored and
may be re-entered for future orders. However, creating a login to
store your information is definitely an option as well. With an
account, each time you log in the original credit card used will
remain on file for payment! The card used may be changed upon
logging onto your account and entering the updated card details!
Once your information has been submitted, your
order confirmation page will appear with your payment and order
confirmation as shown below. The payment will be deducted from your
credit card under “Google *Superior Nutra”.

was a success and should receive your Superiornutraceuticals invoice
and shipping confirmation shortly!

Light countries are where we ship frequently with success.
We gladly ship to these mostly hassle free destinations. If by
chance a package is returned to us we will resend it with an
additional shipping cost or else refund the cost of the order but
will not refund the shipping.

Light countries are where we less frequently ship but have
had reasonable success when we have. We ask you to be aware of any
restricted items and refrain from ordering them. Any item missing or
detained is not our responsibility. If it's returned to us we will
refund the order but will not refund shipping.

Red
Light countries are where we
have the most trouble and will not be responsible for
the order should it fail to show up or be detained at customs we are
not responsible at all. If
you choose to order and the parcel is
actually returned to us we will refund 50%
(50% restock fee) of the order. We will not refund shipping.

Please note
all our orders still continue to ship from the U.S.
If you are paying via western union or paypal,
(Paypal orders can be placed through our cart or via email) you
should email us your preliminary order along with your shipping
address and email address tied to your paypal account. Once we have
confirmed your orders cost with shipping we will email you a paypal
invoice which will make it easy for you to pay. Rest assured that we
are highly experienced in shipping to many international
destinations. We use appropriated methods to ensure the quickest
arrival and smoothest transition through your local customs as we
are capable of doing.

International Order Shipping Info
* Please note that for
smaller orders (under 1 Kilogram) we use Priority mail flat rate
envelopes. This allows us to only charge you $10 for 1 Kilogram
versus $30.00 which is the parcel (box) rate. This envelope method does not offer tracking. So therefore
when your shipping label is printed for a smaller order you will
get a number tied to your order, however this is a customs
declaration number which is designated with an
'L J' at the
beginning and not a 'C J' as with a priority parcel (box) or an
'E' at the begining as with Express. We mention this since it's common for us to
print a label, and to send the item and it not show up on
usps.com as being
actually sent since it's only a customs declaration number. If
the number starts with an L is will not be very accurate on the
usps.com site. So
if you order and receive a number beginning with an L please
give the package time to arrive.
We do encourage larger orders
(3-4kg) for two reasons. 1. to save on shipping per unit and 2. to
allow us to ship the item as a parcel (box) thus usps will
generate an actual tracking number.
* If you wish to have your order
shipped by Express mail and guaranteed please go to our .net
site which is located at
www.superiornutraceuticals.net .
Product prices will be slightly higher than our .com however
shipping is less AND your order will automatically ship via
express mail with insurance and guaranteed delivery. This option
is better if you want your order faster and guaranteed.
Otherwise by ordering from our .com site your order ships
priority mail and is subject to the restrictions stated above.
We still cannot guarantee delivery to Germany, Italy or Spain.
However if you are from either of those three countries we ask
that you email us so that we can explain options for shipping to
those countries.
When ordering from our .com site, our shipping module cannot
determine a difference between countries so therefore you will
be given the options below. They are pretty self explanatory. We
ask that you select the method that fits your order otherwise
delays could occur. We will not ship an order that doesn't have
the proper shipping method selected. In the event you select the
improper shipping method, we will email you and explain any
errors in your selection. * In some cases we will ship larger
orders out in multiple shipments in order to avoid shipping
larger heavy boxes. This ensures successful deliveries.
